How to authorise the Dropbox API on your platform

File sharing and file storage for Guides works through a connection with Dropbox. You can set up a free/basic account, or if you think you'll need more than 2GB of storage, you may need to consider one of their subscription levels.

• Sign in to your platform.
• Type /CMS after the platform URL.
• Open the left-hand menu dropdown titled 'platform management' to select 'API credentials'.
• Use the link to 'set Dropbox credentials'.
• Use the button labelled 'authorise'.
• Sign in to your Dropbox account.
• Copy the authorisation code.
• On the CMS page, paste the authorisation code.
• Save.
