Future
- Have you set your platform goals and milestones for the short and long term?
- Have you set regular team meetings to check in, change passwords & update security details, and to discuss the milestone progress?
- Have you got team members and resource confirmed for the short and long term?
Proofing
- Have you reviewed all your content?
- Does your platform explain the community's purpose and incentivise people to sign up?
- Are your call to actions clear and in-line with your brand?
- Do all the images reflect the brand of your community?
- Is the tone of voice reflective of your audience?
- Have you reviewed and signed off your terms & conditions and safeguarding policies?
- Have you check the readability of your content?
Communications & users
- Have you created a communications plan with your team so that platform management is clear and concise?
- Have you discussed PR and communications requirements?
- Have you tested your platform on a 'soft launch' group of users?
- Have you planned a 'hard launch' event or promotional day?
