Search community listings

• Go to the activities stream

  This is where you can browse everything happening in your community. Scroll through to explore, or use the search box to narrow down what you’re looking for.

• Start with the ‘listing’ tag

  Type ‘listing’ into the search box and select the suggested tag that appears. This will show activities that are general listings rather than specific dated events.

• Add keywords to refine your search

  Type a short keyword or phrase related to what you’re looking for — for example, “help at home,” “art classes,” or “regular volunteering.”

• Use filters and tags

  If you start typing a filter name, suggested tags will appear — click or tap one to apply it.

  You can also select ‘Search options’ to see all filters available on your platform and tick the boxes that match your interests.

• Try the ‘Best Match’ feature

  Click the ‘Best Match’ button to see activities that align with your skills and interests.

  Note: To use this feature, make sure you’ve set up your Best Match preferences in your dashboard first.

  When you find an activity that interests you, click ‘More information’ to preview it without leaving the stream, or click the activity tile or image to open the full activity page.
