Create and manage sub-accounts

Add a new sub-account

1. Sign into your platform.
2. Type /CMS after the platform URL.
3. Use the left-hand menu to select 'Member management'.
4. Select 'Add a sub-account'.
5. Fill in the details for the account as discussed with the sub-account owner.
6. The account will need a name, username, password, and account type.
7. Assign a 'parent account'. This is the user who will be managing the sub-account.
8. Choose whether or not the user will show up on the member stream.
9. Check the box to declare you have permission to create the sub-account on the member's behalf.
10. Use the 'create member' button.

You can now sign out, and sign in as this user to add activities, or respond to activities on the user's behalf.
