Set up 'How did you hear about us?' survey options

How to set or edit options at the point of registration for users to share how they heard about your platform.

You can gather information at the point of registration about how your new members heard of you & the platform.

  • Sign in to your platform.
  • Type /CMS after the platform URL.
  • Open the left-hand menu dropdown titled 'platform management' to select 'How did you hear about us?'.
  • Use the button to 'Add an option'.
  • Type a name for the option (eg. Google search)
  • Type a value for the option, this is not visible to the users (eg Ggle, or Op1)
  • Save
  • Use the up and down arrows to re-order the options to your preference.
  • When users have started responding, you can view the responses at the top left of the page.

We can do a manual download to a CSV file of all the results if needed.
