A member of the Made Open team will offer you administrator training before your platform launches.

The training will cover:

• The options for customising your platform
• How users sign up
• The day-to-day work of an administrator
• How to access and understand the CMS
• Tips & tricks for getting the most out of your platform
• How to create or edit pages and menus

We also provide all admins with access to online user guides, video tutorials and regular platform updates - to keep admins up to date with changes, improvements and new features.
