Join a team

Teams can be set to be public or private, and can be open to new members or by invitation only.

To join a public team:

• Use the main dropdown menu (Explore or similar) to find 'Teams'.
• Search the public teams.
• Use the 'quick view' link to see an overview of the team's purpose.
• Select the team to see the joining options.

To join a private team:

If you’ve been informed about a private team, the team owner will have sent you an email invite or link to join the platform.

As long as you have already registered for the platform, you just need to use the link to join the team.

You can also view this invite in your dashboard.

View your team invitations:

• Make sure you are signed in.
• Select 'My dashboard'.
• View navigation options on the left-hand side to find 'Teams'.
• Select 'My teams'.

Your team invitations will show on this page.

*Note that 'teams' might be called 'networks' or 'groups' on your platform.
