• Visit the activity stream to view all activities called 'challenges'.
• Choose the challenge you are interested in.
• If an idea hasn't yet been endorsed, use the ‘endorse this idea’ button.
• If an idea has been endorsed, use the drop-down arrow to add your endorsement alongside other members.
• Rate an idea by choosing a face icon to represent your reaction to it (e.g. excited, sad, angry).
• We calculate the most or least popular ideas using a simple scoring formula (+2, +1, 0, -1, -2).
• Be honest - your rating is important and anonymous.
