1. Read the challenge carefully
Before adding your idea, take a moment to understand what the challenge is asking. Look for key questions or goals so your response is relevant and helpful.
2. Keep your idea clear and concise
Write your idea in simple, plain language. Start with the main point first, then briefly explain how it could work or why it matters.
3. Be constructive and positive
Even if you’re suggesting a change or improvement, focus on what could be done rather than what’s wrong. The goal is to build ideas together, not criticise.
4. Add examples or personal experience
If you’ve seen something similar work elsewhere, or have personal insight, include it. Real stories make ideas stronger and easier for others to understand.
5. Build on other people’s ideas
Challenges work best when people collaborate. If you see a good idea, you can comment to add your perspective, suggest improvements, or offer to help make it happen.
6. Stay open and respectful
Remember that everyone’s contributing in good faith. Keep your tone friendly, encouraging and inclusive — this helps others feel confident sharing too.
