Donate credits

If you don't want to spend your timebanking credits on yourself, you can donate them.

If you are both members of the timebank, you will be able to donate your timebanking credits to another member. This is useful if you earn credits, but have no interest in spending them yourself. You can donate to a member in need, or to a group or organisation who can distribute them to those that need them. Your platform admin will be able to tell you if there is a 'community pot' account or an organisation that accepts these kinds of donations.

• Sign in to your platform.
• Navigate to the members stream.
• Find the person you'd like to donate credits to using the search options.
• Vew their full profile (if you are already connected to this member you can find them within your dashboard).
• Look at the buttons on the right hand side (under their name on smaller screens) and select the button to 'donate credits'.
• Enter the number of credits to donate and use the ‘send credits’ button.

Please note: you may not be able to make this donation if you do not have enough credits yourself.
