Your social impact

You social impact page (or social CV) is a powerful way to show your contribution to the community and the value you bring to others. It acts as a record of your activity on the platform — capturing how you engage, collaborate and make a difference. This can be useful when demonstrating to employers, recruiters or partner organisations that you’re active, motivated and community-minded.

Your social impact grows as you participate: by joining groups, supporting projects, sharing ideas or creating opportunities. It reflects not only what you do but also how you do it — so think about how you want to be seen and interact accordingly. Over time, your social CV becomes a reflection of your goals, values and skills, helping others quickly understand who you are, what drives you and the kind of impact you make.

Can I take my social impact page to job interviews?

Yes. Your social impact page is designed to showcase your community involvement, skills and achievements — much like a social CV. You can share a link to your profile or download key details to highlight how you’ve contributed to local projects, supported others or developed your experience through community activity. It’s a great way to demonstrate to potential employers or partners that you’re proactive, collaborative and making a positive difference in your community.

How to find your social impact page

  • 'Sign-in'.
  • Use the main menu to navigate to your dashboard.
  • Locate the dashboard menu. This is on the left hand side of large screens or under a white dropdown at the top for mobiles.
  • Select ‘Your account’ or 'My impact' (or similar).
  • At the top, you will see a summary of the combined stats you have achieved on the platform.
  • Scroll to 'My activity' and choose an activity tab to view the statistics for a specific activity type (eg offers, or volunteering).
  • Use the button to 'print' if you want to export your impact to use away from the platform.
  • Your printer dialogue pop-up (typically) gives you PDF export options in addition to printing.
