Manage your activities
Managing activities is where you keep track of everything your organisation offers on the platform — from regular services to one-off events. In this section of your dashboard, you can view, edit or remove existing listings, add new activities, and check how your content appears publicly. It’s designed to make it quick and easy to keep your information up to date, so people can always find accurate details about what you do and how to get involved.
- Use the link to 'sign-in'.
- Select 'Dashboard' from the main menu.
- Select ‘Your activities’ and 'Manage your activities' (or similar) from the dashboard navigation (this is within a drop-down white bar at the top on mobiles).
- Find the activity you wish to manage and use the 'actions' drop down on the right to choose an option.
- Use the 'Duplicate' option to create another activity with all the same settings pre-populated.
- Use 'Edit activity' to change details within your activity.
- Choose 'View activity' to see what it looks like from other people's perspective.
- Choose 'Manage responses' if it is an activity where you need to accept or decline people's offers or pledges.
- Under the activity name, you can use the drop-down status options to change the activity from 'live' to 'draft' or 'deleted'.
