Accessing platform stats

Your CMS includes a range of statistics tools to help you monitor your platform’s performance and track the usage of its different features.

The specific statistics displayed will depend on your admin access level and which features are enabled on your platform. In some cases, the stats section may not be visible at all, depending on your configuration.

How to access all platform stats:

• Sign in to your platform.
• Use the main menu to access the 'platform management' link with a cog icon.
• Use the left-hand menu to select 'Stats' and then select the stat type you wish to view. (eg 'Timebank stats').
• Open the dropdown filter options button at the top to filter by tags, dates & more.
• Select 'download CSV' or choose to view the stats on the CMS page.
