Approve members to join a platform (non-timebank)

This requires anyone who registers to be approved by the admin before they can sign into the platform. If they are not approved, they will remain as 'pending' or will need to be deleted.

1. Sign into your platform.
2. Type /CMS after the platform URL.
3. Use the left-hand menu to select 'Member management'.
4. Select 'pending members'.
5. View all members to be approved for the platform.
6. Select a member to open up their details page.
7. Review their information on the main page (email address and name - they will complete their profile after you approve them).
8. If you have any custom forms set up for new members to complete, open up the tab called 'custom form data' and review their information.
9. On the main member page, use the button to 'approve member'.
10. This will send an email to the member to prompt them to sign into the platform and complete their profile.
