Custom forms

Custom forms can be used either as extra steps when registering or joining the timebank (part of the member dashboard), or as additional forms that sit within a seperate page (built within the CMS).

Custom forms are basically a list of questions & the options members can choose or fill in.

Your question types could be:

• A short text field
• A paragraph
• A checkbox
• Multiple choice
• A drop down choice

Questions can be optional or mandatory.

Custom forms are built by us.

If you can compile a document with your plan for the form, and we will send you a draft to approve.
