Share a document in a team / network / group
Within your team, members can share files directly from their phone, tablet or laptop. You can upload documents, images or other resources to make collaboration easier.
This works when your team owner has connected a Dropbox account.
To upload or view files:
- Use the link to ‘Sign in’ — it’s on the top right of desktops and tablets, and within the main menu on mobiles.
- Open the dashboard menu — on larger screens it’s on the left-hand side, or under the white dropdown at the top for mobiles.
- Select ‘Teams’ and then ‘Your teams’.
- Choose the team you want to share a file within.
- Use the left-hand menu to navigate to ‘File sharing’.
- Click ‘Add file’ to upload directly from your device.
Once uploaded, your teammates can view or download the file, depending on the sharing settings.
